Information Center on NATO and EU is a Legal Entity of Public Law which was established in 2005. Our goals include boosting the knowledge on NATO and EU among Georgian public, and gaining population’s conscious support towards Georgia’s European and Euro-Atlantic integration.
For effectively meeting our goals, we actively cooperate with other Governmental bodies, civil society organizations, diplomatic corps and media.
Tamara Tsuleiskiri was, in September 2019, appointed Director of the Information Centre on NATO and EU in Georgia.
Previously she has served as a member of the Georgian Diplomatic Service. Domestically, she held a position of the Deputy Director of Press and Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. In that role she was co-responsible for the Ministry’s overall public outreach and press strategies to effectively communicate Georgian foreign policy worldwide, as well as inform domestic audiences about Georgia’s foreign policy priorities and the value of diplomacy. Prior to that position, she served as a Counsellor of the Press and Information Department of the Ministry. Overseas she served as an advisor for Press and Media relations at the Embassy of Georgia to the Federal Republic of Germany, and was responsible for external relations and communication of the Embassy.
Tamara Tsuleiskiri holds an Executive Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, Germany and a Diploma in German and English Linguistic and Literary Pedagogy from the Ilia Chavchavadze State University in her hometown Tbilisi, Georgia.
She speaks Georgian, English, German and Russian.
Irina Shamiladze holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, the Faculty of Humanitarian Sciences, specializing in Spanish Language and Literature. She earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration and Political Science from Grigol Robakidze University.
In 2006 Irina Shamiladze started working as an assistant to the Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development. In 2004-2014, she has worked as a Chief Specialist at the Information Center on NATO and EU. Since 2014, Irina Shamiladze has been appointed as a Head of the Public Information Division on NATO at the same center. She has undergone various seminars and training courses on International Relations, National Security, Strategic Communications, Management, Public Diplomacy and PR issues; passed a NATO-accredited 1-month course in Program and Project Management in Romania; participated in various projects funded by the EU and NATO. In addition, Irina Shamiladze has actively been involved in various trainings and educational programs organized by NATO Professional Development Program (PDP). She has worked as a National Coordinator of the international project "Aliante". Irina Shamiladze speaks Georgian, English, Spanish and Russian languages.
Ketevan Kupradze has earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Communications and Public Relations from the Brussels International Institute of Management.
In 2011 Ketevan Kupradze joined the Information Center on NATO and EU as a Chief Specialist of the Public Information Division on NATO. She has undergone various seminars and training courses in Public Relations, Marketing and Management; has participated in various projects funded by the EU; has actively been involved in NATO's Public Diplomacy and Strategic Communications program, organized by NATO Professional Development Program (PDP) and so forth. Ketevan Kupradze speaks Georgian, English, and Russian languages.
Mariam Dolidze holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and a Master's Degree in International Relations from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). She is a graduate of Council of Europe’s’ Tbilisi School of Political Studies and Humboldt University of Berlin - Summer Graduate Course. She has undergone Higher Course of National Defence under the Ministry of Defence of Georgia; has participated in various EU-supported trainings; was a participant of the Georgian-Abkhazian and Georgian-Ossetian Youth Leaders Dialogue; Ifa (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen) scholarship Holder from the CCP-module for Eastern Partnership.
Ms. Dolidze is an experienced manager and StratCom professional with a demonstrated ten years’ experience in negotiations, project development and implementation, internal and external communication, reporting, media outreach, research and analysis. Since 2014, Ms. Mariam Dolidze has been appointed as a Head of the Public Information Division on EU. She speaks Georgian, English, and Russian languages.
Irina Barnabishvili holds a Bachelor's degree in History of Diplomacy and International Relations, as well as Legal Studies from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Later on, she earned her Master's degree in State Management and Local Self-governance from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). She has undergone a Qualification Program at GIPA, as well as Professional Development Program in Business Administration at Free University of Georgia.
Since 2008 Irina Barnabishvili has been working as a Chief Specialist at the Information Center on NATO and EU and since 2014 has been appointed as of Head of Regional Representatives Coordination Division at the same center. She has participated in various projects, seminars and youth forums on NATO and EU, a seminar organized by the Border Police of Georgia on Border Issues, etc. Irina Barnabishvili speaks Georgian, English and Russian languages.
Mariam Gigauri holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences and MA degree in Diplomacy and International Policy.
At various times, Mariam Gigauri has worked at Gori City Hall Development Agency and at Women’s Democracy Network, an International non-governmental organization’s office in Georgia as a project manager; has undergone internship and practice training at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, etc. Since 2015, Mariam Gigauri has been appointed as a Senior Specialist at the Information Center on NATO and EU. She has participated in various seminars, trainings and courses on Georgia's integration into European and Euro-Atlantic structures, strategic communication and research methodts topics; was involved in various student scientific conferences and so forth.
Mariam Gigauri speaks Georgian, English and Russian languages.
Irma Gabinashvili holds a Master's degree in Journalism from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. Currently, she is a PhD student at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, the Faculty of Humanitarian Sciences. She is also a member of Digital Humanities, an International Doctoral Program at Goethe University Frankfurt.
At various times, Irma Gabinashvili has worked as a Projects Coordinator of International Organization for Youth Employment in the Adjara region, as a Head of Kobuleti Municipality Service for Education, Culture, Sports, Tourism and Monument Protection, as a Head of Mass Media and PR Division of Kobuleti Rayon Administration, as a Chief Editor of TV Company "Kobuleti" and so forth. Since 2016, Irma Gabinashvili works at Adjara Regional Bureau of the Information Center on NATO and EU. Since 2017, she is an invited lecturer at Batumi State University, Department of Social Sciences under the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, and delivers academic courses in the Foundation of Journalism, Ethics and Communication. She has undergone various certificate and educational courses on NATO, EU, Association Agreement and DCFTA; was involved in various projects, including Multiethnic Festival, the Dutch organization "LeerTij" project, and others in the framework of Millennium Development Goals (MDG) Program. Irma Gabinashvili is the author of several scientific papers on Media and Culture Policy Studies. She speaks Georgian, English and Russian languages.
Teona Zurabishvili holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Akhaltsikhe State Educational University and a Master's degree in Caucasian Studies from Ilia State University, the Faculty of Political Science and Art.
In 2011 - 2015 Teona Zurabishvili worked as a Chief Specialist for Akhalkalaki Municipal Government. Since 2016 she has been appointed as a Senior Specialist at Samtskhe-Javakheti Regional Bureau of the Information Center on NATO and EU. Teona Zurabilishvili has undergone various certificate and educational courses on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration issues, trainings on project management, general skills for public service, courses in effective communication and leadership, etc. She also participated in various student scientific conferences and projects. Teona Zurabishvili speaks Georgian, English, Russian and Armenian languages.
Beka Ekseulidze - received Bachelor's Degree at "Georgian University", specializing in policy sciences. Currently he is studying Master Program of Public Policy Administration at Ilia State University.
He represents one of the founders of the NGO "Young Diplomats League", at various times he has been working as project leader in the NGO, has implemented,, IFES GEORGIA’’ grant project for civil society development. He has experience of working as a manager in the private sector. He was reading lectures within Student-Lecture Program at the University of Georgia.
In 2014 he worked at the "Youth Parliament of Georgia" Regional Development Committee.
He has passed various certificates and educational courses on Georgia's European and Euro-Atlantic integration issues, including the projects implemented by NATO and EU Information Center.
He knows Georgian, English and Russian languages.
Received Master of Degree in Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Specialty– Philology. In 1998-2001 she was enrolled in Shota Rustaveli Institute of Literature as a Candidate for Quality Seeking.
She worked as a scientific worker at the Borjomi local museum, Deputy Head of the Regional Department of Borjomi Youth Affairs, as a teacher at Tbilisi Giorgi Chanturia private school. In 2007-2018 she worked at NGO "Women's Information Center" at different positions. Tamar was the coordinator of the research and publishing division of the organization and was an editor of the Georgian version of the gender information portal www.ginsc.net. In 2014-2018 was a project Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist.
Since 2019 Samson is a representative of Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti regional Bureau of the Information Center on NATO and EU in frames of the project “Increasing Regional Outreach and Engagement Over Western Integration” financed bu US Department of State.
She is a co-author of several important researches on women's rights and gender equality issues. Tamar participated in various international and local seminars. She speaks Georgian and Russian languages.
Samson Siamashvili holds a Bachelor's degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, the faculty of Social and Political Sciences, specializing in International Relations. He earned International Relations Diploma from CATS Cambridge (UK). Studied at the King’s College London, War Studies Department.
Since 2011 Samson Siamashvili worked at the various private companies. In 2015 worked as a local analytic to the Forbes Georgia. In 2016 had an internship at Tbilisi City Municipal Assembly department of international Affairs. Since 2019 Samson is a representative of Guria regional Bureau of the Information Center on NATO and EU in frames of the project “Increasing Regional Outreach and Engagement Over Western Integration” financed bu US Department of State.
Samson Siamashvili holds numerous certificates from different educational courses in public management and international relations.
